  • CHECK THE INDIVIDUAL PICTURES TO KNOW:

  • The ID number of each base
  • How much I would ask for a drawing like that starting from zero (this is also the price to remove the base from the gallery and have the exclusiveness of it)
  • The actual price that you’re going to pay
  • A "what can you ask for" list regarding allowed adjustments and extras
  • The character(s)’ gender(s), and if you can change it. Sometimes a female body can be changed into a male one: that’s because, for me, it’s not too difficult to adjust a thin girl to a boy (in some poses). On the other hand, turning a male body into a female one it’s quite challenging. However, this doesn’t apply to all pics: male and female bodies are very different.

SPECIAL PRICE COMMISSIONS (YCH - Erotic couples) by The-Manticore SPECIAL PRICE COMMISSIONS (YCH - Centaurs!) by The-Manticore

I. GENERAL TERMS

  • Keep in mind that I had to learn English on my own, so please excuse me if my wording isn't always 100% accurate.
  • I live in Europe, so there may be quite a significant time zone difference. If you don't get quick replies to your emails, it means either that I'm busy or that I'm asleep.
  • Please, be patient, I usually work with multiple things at the same time.
  • Provide visual references or very accurate descriptions of pose, clothes/accessories and facial expression.
  • I have the right to decline your commission for any reason. It happens rarely, but I might be overwhelmed with work, uncomfortable with the theme or unsure I could properly portray what you want.

II. HOW DO I WORK?

1. Send me a mail at graphic.morgan@gmail.com
2. Fill this format:
  • YCH ID: The ID number of the picture (include lettes, if present)
  • Format: shaded monotone/flat color/cell shaded color/smooth shaded color
  • Purchase of exclusiveness to the base: yes/no
  • Subject: your character's gender and species (i.e. "female human", "male centaur", "male anthro fox", "female cat", etc.)
  • Character description: describe what your character looks like, their build (slender, chubby, muscular, etc.), their clothes, accessories and facial expression you have in mind for the artwork.*
  • Subject 2 (for couples): see above
  • Character description 2 (for couples): see above*
*provide visual references, if possible, and use the "what can I ask for" list (you'll find a specific one on every sheet) as a checklist

3. I'll reply to confirm the price and the time I'll need to complete your artwork.
4. Once we agree on everything, I'll start working on your piece. I'll keep you updated about the progress and ask extra details if needed.
5. When I'll be almost done, I'll send you and invoice for the payment (see "V. PAYMENT" for more details)
6. Once the transaction is completed, I'll send you the final artwork in high resolution within 24/48h. I'll still be open for small adjustments.
7. You'll be asked to fill a small format about your experience commissioning me for feedback purposes (this step is optional, but you'll get a discount ticket for that. Read more here: Feedback )

III. WAITING TIME

  • It usually takes me between 10 days and 3 weeks to complete a commission.
  • This time span may change due to the artwork's complexity and the amount of art I'm working on.
  • I'll always tell the customer an estimated waiting time.
  • If you have a specific deadline please tell me, but if it's very strict I will add an additional cost, which can go up to 20€+ for medium-complex artworks and 50€+ for very complex pictures and extremely tight deadlines (2-3 days). Said fee can not be discounted.

IV. PRICES

  • The price of YCH artworks are fixed and can be found on each individual sheet. I won't discount them.
  • The prices are meant to keep the base picture in the gallery for other people to choose. If you're interested in having the exclusiveness of the base, you'll have to pay its full price (stated in the sheet istself).
  • All commissions will be subjected to an additional 4% taxes fee on the final price.

V. PAYMENT

  • I will ask for payment via PayPal invoice (read more about invoices HERE ), since this method protects the customer from being scammed.
  • The currency I accept is EURO ( € ), and that's what you'll find on the invoice.
  • If you're paying with a different currency (UDS, CAD, etc.) Paypall will add a small extra fee for the conversion (usually around 1$)
  • I will accept partial payment only for artworks with a price of 100€ and above.
  • If you want to follow the work-in-progress, I'll ask for payment after the approval of the concept sketch.
  • If you're ok with giving me artistic freedom and get the 20% discount, I'll ask for payment when I'm more that halfway done, so you won't have to wait more than two or three day between the transaction and getting the artwork.
  • Commissions are for personal use only.
  • You can upload and use the commissioned artwork anywhere you like, but you must credit me: the copyright of the artwork itself belongs to me, even if the characters' copyright belongs to you or to the original author (talking about fanarts).
  • You're not allowed to remove the artist's signature from the artwork.
  • I have the right to use commissioned artworks in my portfolio and upload it on my gallery (unless it's a portrait of a real person, be it the customer, their friends, family etc.).

The purchase of commercial rights for the artwork will follow this table
  • For commissions with a full price equal or under 20€: +100% of the price
  • For commissions with a full price between 20,01€ and 50€: +200% of the price
  • For commission with a full price above 50€: +300% of the price
With purchased commercial rights you'll be allowed to make any sort of merchandise with the product, such as prints, graphics, covers, change it to you liking and promote your own brand with it.
Credit to Morgan Gislon or Mow:Art&Coffee will still be required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
